"Just what was needed"

"We had a good time. Our keys would randomly work for the pool gates, so that was an inconvenience. The room could have been cleaner. Clumps of hair on the carpet, dead bugs in the shower, and we could not get the fireplace to work the first night we were there when it was a little chilly. The two-floor villas would be much better without carpet. The carpet just did not seem very clean."

"Smoke seal around door was not tight and let in a lot of light during the night. No bath mat for outside the tub. Shower controls needed to be replaced. Cafe was out o of many items . eveeverything "

"Have stayed here several times over the last couple of years. Some of the perks are good; Breakfast buffet and happy hour. Non service Of rooms not so much. Stayed 4 days and Requested service on 5th, now 3:10 PM and Nothing as yet. Think there should be regularly scheduled room service as in most hotels. "
