「Due to some timing issues, we were allowed to check in early. The owner had the place ready for us with the A/C on. She was always available and always willing to help. The house is very spacious with wonderful accompaniments. Shower has great water pressure!!!!! It’s located right down the road from Canyon Lake! The mountains. We had a wonderful time!!! 」

「Clean, soft, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and linens. Nice ambiance with the electric fireplace. Plenty of parking and nice Christmas lights next door. Sally Mae’s Coffee Bar is a must stop. 」

「To start, the staff was wonderful, but the accommodations were terrible. The electrical under the desk had no cover on the outlet and the upper outlet clearly had a prior plug broken off in it. VERRY DANGEROUS! The office chair leaked oil on the floor at the desk in the room. The floor tiles were coming apart and presented a trip hazard. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor so when you sat on the toilet it rocked and made noise. lastly the bathtub would only work on shower mode. the...

「The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

「Such a great place! Clean, quiet, super comfortable bed and bedding, and we had everything we needed. This was the perfect location for us. We appreciated the touches that made this feel like home away from home. Hope to stay again!」

「The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.」
