「Calm and quiet.」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「Awesome staff and great area」

「Laundry

「Anna at the front desk was less than helpful. The room was booked in my name and since I am disabled my husband asked if he could just bring my ID in and she said no. The parking lot was being resurfaced so she had us go around the the back which resulted in a longer walk then if we would have gone to the room from check in.」

「Great location overall. I had appointments at Mayo Clinic and this location was perfect!!! I will be back soon.」
