The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel."

"The breakfast is really good but the room and hotel itself is outdated. This hotel is located at a top of a hill in wilderswil so each day we had to walk on an upward hill for 10-15 mins. They do not offer pick up shuttle which I think would’ve made our experience a lot more enjoyable. If we had known, we would have not booked as it’s very far from the closest bus stop and scary at night. Our room (deluxe premium) did NOT have air conditioning so please be aware before booking."
