Caro y viejo en comparación con otros hoteles en Suiza. El hotel en el que más hemos pagado (con diferencia), y el peor. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero dejaba mucho que desear.

Overall nice. Elevator is old style and floor arrangement is such that it does not stop at each level. Outdoor seating area is very nice at night for drinks or dinner when weather is good.

The hotel was accessible easily by bus and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the bathroom was really small and not very nice.

Nice hotel

the hotel is a bit far away from the train station (about 20 minutes walk). Checking the bus operating time in advance can save you a lot of time walking n waiting. The hotel owner is very nice.

Basic rooms hotel.

Didn't realise until we arrived that this was a 'basic rooms' hotel - not sure that that was made clear on the Hotel.com website. The room was basic - but clean. Main problem was an unusual smell from the en-suite cubicle.

Nice hotel in quiet area, a bit far from city life

Got an upgrade from Basicrooms to Alpina, yeah! So got our own private bathroom. Plus a nice corner room with great view on Jungfrau. So for the price of Basicrooms, we got a good deal at Alpina given the hotel prices in Interlaken.

No está mal, teniendo en cuenta los precios en Suiza, pero el estilo y estado del hotel piden una reforma. En la habitación había un olor muy penetrante que provenía del baño, con paredes paneladas de madera. No sé a qué olía, pero no era agradable.

Good location with friendly owner

The lady owner is extremely helpful in providing all useful information to get around. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located within easy access to the surrounding mountains.

객실은 청결했으나 냄세가 좀 났어요. 리셉션의 직원들은 어떤날은 친절하고 또 어떤날은 불친절하고 그랬어요. 조식을 먹었는데 조식은 정말 맛있었어요. 위치도 기차역에서 엄청 가까웠구요. 전반적으로 그저그런 호텔로 기억에 남고있어요

Leider liegt das Hotel an der Hauptstrasse und daherist es im Zimmer bei starkem Verkehr sehr laut. Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente, harte Matratzen, alte Federbetten entsprechen nicht mal dem Standart. Winzigstes Bad, in dem starker Geruch bis ins Zimmer zog machten den Aufenthalt nicht so angenehm.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war in keinem Fall gegeben!

Sveitsi on kallis maa. Hinnalla, jolla saat kelvollisen hotellin Berliinistä viikoksi, yövyt Sveitsissä kolme yötä vanhassa remonttia kaipaavassa hotellissa, jossa aamiaisen makkarapalat lasketaan... Henkilökunta oli kuitenkikin tosi avuliasta ja sijainti: se oli Loistava!

Average hotel for family trip

This hotel is old hotel and inside is not as clean as relatively new hotels. However, it is at a quiet location. We were satisfied with the speed of wifi. Continental breakfast was good with tasty coffee.

Suitable for budget travelers

Location is about 2 km from Interlaken Ost, so the price is lower. No bus to arrive there if later than 19:00 in station. Room is small, but there is shared balcony. Breakfast is OK. The ower of the hotel is very friendly to us and give us full information if to JunFrau the other day.

スイスのホテルといった感じで快適に過ごせました。朝食のコーヒーが美味しかったです。オーナーの方の感じが良かったので、オスト駅からもヴェスト駅からも遠かったですが、また泊まりたいなと思えるホテルでした。

ユングフラウに行くのにオストからでなくてバスでひとつ先のえきからのれる。バスの停留所に近い。

朝食事があり、税金が要らない、テラスが広い、バスもあってよい。 ここはウエストの駅も近いので町4のセンターに近いので買い物も良いよ ウイルヘルムテルの銅像の近くです。

Volendo fare un bilancio generale, posso dire che il mio soggiorno presso l'hotel Alpina è stato soddisfacente. Ho trovato molto disponibile ed educato il personale alla reception, la qualità della pulizia ha ottimo standard. Sicuramente posso consigliarlo per chi vorrà godersi Interlaken.

Had a family room which was only a regular twin room with a third bed squeezed in. All beds were less than 1.8m. Deceptive description!

OK in Interlaken

It is an old hotel that has been upgraded to include an ensuite in the room. It is a small box shoved in a corner and is quite cramped, although the shower was hot and strong. The staff were reasonably helpful and the breakfast was extremely basic for a hotel with a restaurant. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and therefore alternate arrangements need to be made. The hotel is out of the centre of Interlaken, although easily accessible via bus or a 30 minute brisk walk.

훌륭한 서비스

전반적으로 스태프들은 친절하였고, 호텔도 청결했음. 인터넷은 Password가 1개여서 투숙객이 모두 사용할 수 있었고, 조식도 깔끔하게 나왔음. 침대가 조금 작아서 살짝 불편했지만, 그 밖의 사항들은 좋았음.
