「Good condition work was being done but professionally gated off 」

「コネチカットでの仕事があった為、ホテルを探していたらカジノがあるとわかり、せっかくなのでカジノに泊まろうという事で宿泊をしました。 フォックスウッズカジノには3つのホテルがあり、全て中で繋がっています。アウトレットモールや飲食店街もありとても便利。カジノは24時間営業です。 建物は比較的古い感じがしましたが、大理石をふんだんに使用した豪華な仕様で、部屋も広くとても清潔でした。喫煙室が空いていたので当日変更してもらいました。」

「rooms were beautiful and kept impeccably clean by the great staff, the resort is plentiful and we had fun exploring and probably could've spent another couple days finding new things to do, my only knocks would be, while the interior is beautiful, the exterior of the building can use a facelift and being able to hear the drunk middle aged women having a karaoke party in the next room until 3am on the night before our checkout wasn't ideal, but I guess that goes with the territory. 」

「The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. 」

「The hotel was very not clean at all. The walls in the hallways and carpets all had stains. When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. There were black spots on the bed and I didn’t even dare to see what the spots were. The office chair in the room 」

「Comfortable bed, coffee in the morning. However if you like your hotel brand new and fancy, not your place to be. This place is cheap, greatly located (restaurants, olde village). Our stay was comfortable. 」

「Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not...

「I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is old and dingy. My room’s main door had visible gaps — I could see the elevators across the hall from inside the room. The bathtub was filthy, so I didn’t let myself or my son shower. There was also someone else’s hair still on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite at check-in, but at checkout they sat behind a wall and weren’t very present. I didn’t see bugs, but I felt on edge the whole time because the place was so gross overall. Won’t be back.」

「The staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. It was very easy to control the temp in the room to make it comfortable. The continental breakfast was great too. 」

「Very out dated room broken refrigerator ,no phone to call front desk . no ice mashine no vending mashine for drinks the smell of musty was awful in the room. I will not recommend. 」
