「We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus.」

「This is an awesome place. Room was roomie and clean. Staff was very nice . There are several pools along with being right on the beach. There are several restaurants with very good food, portions were also good. Short drive to do some sight seeing or just stay at resort, there are plenty of things to do. 」

「The rooms were disgusting and not clean. Stains on the th beadspreads and headboards, chunks of call missing, garbage left in trash can. People yelling in other rooms. We literally went into the room and walked out with all of our stuff and booked another hootel on the spot.」

「Staff were all extremely nice! Room was great, with some of the softest beds I've experienced in a long time. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the free parking was a great bonus. Would absolutely stay here again. Great location!」

「When we arrived a bit before check in time we asked to use the pool while we wait and were told that would not be an option, unfortunately. Even though I had called ahead and was told that would be fine. Throughout the stay the staff was inattentive. Our room was not cleaned and the staff seemed "bothered" that we were asking a question or for simple help. Not a great experience. 」

「Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. 」

「Room was perfect. Very clean and no problem getting extra towels or pillows. Pool area was very nice and clean. Only complaint is the hallway had a smell. But! You could not smell it in the room. 」

「Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous. Hotel is fine and respects the era. 」
