「We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. 」

「The consistency of room service standard was not there. One day my room was cleaned well, i had 4 bottles of water i had 4 biscuits for each of us staying in the room. The next day i had no bottles of water, no biscuits, the two extra beds were not made. I was very disappointed upon entering our room after a long day out. 」

「The room was spotless and lovely and warm. Staff really helpful and the breakfast great. Can’t fault anything. 」

「静かでこじんまりとしたイギリスの伝統的な家屋です。部屋は清潔で落ち着きます。スタッフは親切で、聞いたことには何でも誠実に答えてくれます。朝食は10ポンド払えば素敵なイングリッシュブレックファーストが楽しめます。オックスフォードのダウンタウンは少し離れていますが、また利用したいです。」

「Breakfast needs a re think. 15 mins to get a fried egg is not really acceptable and the choice of items limited. Hot food was not particularly hot.」

「日本の民宿に近い感覚で、手ごろな料金にてボリュームのある朝食付きで宿泊できます。部屋は清潔でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。館内には古い鉄道の写真などが飾ってあります。線路の脇にありますので、電車の音はします。静かでないと寝れない方にはお勧めしませんが、私はあまり気になりませんでした。」

「We loved this little pub that was older than our country! The room was wonderful and spacious. We had dinner there which was yummy, especially the creme brûlée - it was better than the one I had in Harrods! The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. It is opposite the church where Midsomer Murders is filmed. 」

「Great pub, handy located, great service, parking on the street close by very affordable as long as you are away with the car during the day (paid is 0800 till 20:00) so if you come in after 19:00 and leave around 0900 you pay 2 pound for the parking」

「The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?」
