"I have to say, of the 3 places I stayed in Morocco, this had the worst internet, but everything else exceeded the others and all expectations. Breakfasts were very good. The front desk staff was superb. A gentleman even helped me with my bags down the street to meet my taxi. "

What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked and remained consistent throughout our stay. There were a few team members in particular whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch, but they went above and beyond and made our trip even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund"

"My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. Not great value for your money. .the security was oppressive until I understood why and then it was much appreciated. The comped my drink but still "
