Tres bel hotel, au milieu de nulle part....

Le domaine des Remparts est une propriété magnifique, très bien entretenue, avec une très grande piscine entourée de 38 transats. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie confortable, la salle de bains avec douche et baignoire est bien équipée, la terrasse extérieure donnant côté jardin/piscine est bien isolée par la végétation. Les chambres sont calmes si vous avez la chance d’avoir des voisins peu bruyants. Le ménage est fait à peu près correctement. Le personnel est agréable quand il est disponible et le petit-déjeuner est très correct. Mais cette propriété est construite au milieu de nulle part et le propriétaire a bien compris comment tirer parti de cette situation : tout est hors de prix : la bouteille d’eau est à 50 MAD (6 dans Marrakech !), le thé à la menthe à 4 MAD, la navette pour aller en ville est à 240 MAD aller/retour, le menu à 420 MAD hors boissons ! Concernant le menu, aucune variété, les mêmes plats pendant toute une semaine avec peu de spécialités marocaines proposées (sauf celles que vous pouvez commander 24h à l’avance…avec un supplément bien sûr). Le dîner est servi à 20h, le déjeuner au bord de la piscine qui n’est d’aucune originalité est servi de 12h30 à 15h30…surtout n’ayez pas l’idée de demander à manger en dehors de ces créneaux horaires, il n’y a RIEN de proposé ! Venons-en à l’accueil : là, on touche le fond. Le personnel à la réception parle à peine deux mots de français. Vous demandez par exemple la réparation d’un spot dans la salle de bains

Das Hotel besteht aus ebenerdigen, sehr großzügig angelegten Doppelbungalows. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet: Badwanne und Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, schöne Sitzgruppe vor einem offenen Kamin. Ein eigener, durch Hecken getrennter Vorgarten lädt auch zum Erholen im Freien ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht. Eine Bitte an die Hotelverantwortlichen: erhalten Sie den recht guten Zustand (Wege, Beleuchtung), es wäre schade, wenn diese Ruheoase durch fehlende Wartung verloren ginge (wie es leider bei einigen anderen Hotels nicht nur rund um Marrakesch schon geschehen ist).

A tranquil oasis

A beautiful quiet spot with good facilities and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The garden suites were spacious, well-appointed and very clean. We were there for a week and did part sight-seeing and part relaxing by the hotel pool, using the spa twice for different massages, which was excellent. Expect to pay European prices for food, drink and car transfers.

Après un séjour dans la médina ,nous avons apprécié cet hotel,au calme ,la piscine est fantastique très longue(idéale pour nager) Les chambres sont immenses et joliment décorées,les golfs sont proches La direction est très accueillante,en résumé nous recommandons cet établissement Encore merci pour ce bon souvenir

Bel établissement au calme...un peu trop ?

Le Domaine des Remparts est un bel établissement, bien tenu, avec un personnel agréable, souriant, disponible et sympathique. Attention il est excentré par rapport au centre ville de Marrakech, j'entends par centre-ville la fameuse Place, les restaurants, les bars, les boîtes... Mais a moins de voyager idiot vous le savez bien avant de vous y rendre ! C'est véritable havre de paix et de repos à 15-20 minutes du centre en voiture (100 dirhams en taxi pas plus pour vous y rendre sinon vous vous faites avoir !) Donc pas de mauvaise surprise si vous voulez sortir de l'hôtel soit vous prenez un taxi soit l'hôtel vous propose des navettes privatives pour rendre dans le centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une petite terrasse privatise qui évite le vis à vis. Salle de bain alliant le moderne à l'ancien agréable et propre. WC séparé. La lit n'est pas king size et la texture des draps et taies d'oreillers assez curieuse mais propre. Belle piscine. Les deux restaurants sont bons mais j'ai trouvé un peu cher pour le contenu et la qualité des assiettes de même que pour le spa.

à Marrakech pour 2 jours, nous avons choisi le domaine des remparts pour la 2 eme fois. Belle hôtel, calme, et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Dommage que les prestations et les navettes soit si chère pour aller dans la ville

Hôtel propre. Belle piscine. Beau jardin. Le personnel est disponible et sympathique et prêt à rendre service. Mais: prix élévés pour le service rendu; le pain n'était pas frais. Il s'agissait de pain décongelé puisqu'il arrivait un peu chaud et devenait très dure et non mangeable. Le fromage était pas frais également. Le jambon HAHAL pas de très bonne qualité. Un tajine a été servi avec pratiquement pas de viande mais on m'a offert le tajine le lendemain. Notamment le prix de la navette hôtel/aéroport est de 300 dirahm soir 30 euros alors que pour 10 euros on peut y aller.

Un très bel hotl

C'est un très bel hotel avec tout le confort souhaité, une piscine magnifique et de très beaux jardins. Un personnel tout à fait satisfaisant, un seul bémol la nourriture de l'hotel très peut variées pour le prix.
