「At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.」

「Great service from Mohamed and Jabran — they were absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The rest of the team were also incredibly friendly and always smiling, which really put me at ease. There were just a couple of small issues, but they were sorted out super quickly and handled in a very professional way. Highly recommend!
