She was attentive, efficient, kind and incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast was prepared fresh whenever we were ready to sit down, and she was always just a WhatsApp message away to make sure we had everything we needed. We relied on Google Translate, but somehow communication was seamless. She handled everything with warmth and a constant smile. The level of service started even before we arrived. The owner reached out in advance to connect us directly with Fatima so our driver could easily find the riad. Throughout our stay, she stayed in touch with recommendations, checked in regularly, and even called a couple of times to make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch really stood out. One of the most memorable moments was when they surprised us with a cake and candles for my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made the night really special. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome."
