「The property was well situated near subways and also in an area that felt safe, even at night. 「Very poor experience with customer support. Didn’t get the deposit link after contacting them several times without response. AC unit was broken and we had much trouble getting help to fix it. When we requested an extra hour, Regina was incredibly rude and gave us attitude. Overall terrible customer service. Do better.」
