「I never write reviews, but I need to in this matter. The hotel exterior is beautiful. The decorations are beautiful, that said. On vacation what matters most is a good bed and pillows to rest and good breakfast if paid and included. Neither is provided. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, it’s just plain old and the pillows are too. The thermostat does not work, cold or hot.

「Although hotel is located up in the hills, the property offers a free shuttle bus from the closest station and the scenery from the hotel was spectacular, so great! Room was very spacious and clean - better than posted pictures in Expedia! I highly recommend and hope to visit there again! Hotel staff also tried to talk us in Japanese so also recommendable to Japanese」
