"Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast "

"The property is amazing! Location is perfect and the team is wonderful, from Loreen at reception, Hesham with our luggage, the housekeeping team, Inas at Zeeta and everyone that made this special! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quick escape within the city limits! It was spectacular and the team paid attention to every detail! Would definitely come back again!"

"The location is exceptional, and the staff is remarkably accommodating. The views are stunning, complemented by the helpful and pleasant demeanor of the team members. While there was a slight delay in addressing special requests submitted via Expedia, my needs were ultimately fulfilled upon arrival. It appears that Expedia communications are not always reviewed promptly. Nevertheless, I would certainly consider a return visit."

"Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area. "
