"The price is usually cheaper, but it is not well managed. Cleanliness was an issue , I had to change apartment due to cockroaches in 2 previous rooms. My final room was good size and cleaner. But there is no cleaning, if you stay 2 weeks , no cleaning for two weeks.... Residents also leave bins outside of the door instead of taking it to the shoot. It attracts bugs that end up going under the door to other rooms. It is well located if you are driving as Sheikh Zayed Road is right there , but on...

"This review is solely for this property- Maison Privee Address at JBR - 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment should not have been listed as a 5 star and should be more in line of a 3 star. The location on JBR is ok, but it is at the very end and traffic is horrible. The apartment is filthy. Floors are dirty, walls are full of scratches and visible signs of dirt, showers are full of mold, living room patio was not accessible because the door was not opening (several contractors came and checked...
