The price is usually cheaper, but it is not well managed. Cleanliness was an issue , I had to change apartment due to cockroaches in 2 previous rooms. My final room was good size and cleaner. But there is no cleaning, if you stay 2 weeks , no cleaning for two weeks.... Residents also leave bins outside of the door instead of taking it to the shoot. It attracts bugs that end up going under the door to other rooms. It is well located if you are driving as Sheikh Zayed Road is right there , but on foot you are stuck , only way is Metro station 10 minutes walk down a dusty path.

Sejour correct. Check in terrible attente longue et 2heures de retard sur le check in annoncé. Gym et piscine bien 👍 Apartment bien équipé mais bcp de chose manquantes. Pas de savon, éponge,torchons ou produits vaisselle.
