I’m glad I had different reservations so that I can make more comments here. I will not stop raving about the amazing staff. Everyone is so well trained. I almost felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton hotel. The Golden standard is definitely applied here. I love how helpful everyone was and how willing they were to assist us while we were here.

Yet again a wonderful stay, staff are the one of the best I have encountered. Roland in concierge and team, Raj in housekeeping was exceptional, Rajeev and team as always exceptional at breakfast with all the guest and of course front desk. All work with a smile and no matter what pressures are placed on them, they go the extra mile. Great hotel, great amenities, location works. Don’t hesitate in booking, I have stayed in a few on this stretch, this is the best.

Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.

Truly great staff made up for the urgently needed uplift in the rooms and floors corridors. I think with a small Investmemt, the rooms can see a remarkable improvement. Also the carpets in the corridors looks like it’s from an ancient civilization.
