「悪かった点 ・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った ・カーテンが破れてボロボロ ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい ・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった ・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった ・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった ・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった ・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった ・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった 良かった点 ・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった ・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「Susan was very helpful and accommodating for all our issues. Loved the location next to the plaza and the nice yard to sit in. We would come back here next time. Only issue is the street parking is crowded on the farmers market day (Tuesday) and Saturday. Other than that issue the parking was available.」

「可愛らしい建物と素敵なインテリア、素晴らしい立地で街中への散策や食事に出るのにもとても便利でした。 スタッフが常時在中ではないようでチエックインは自分でカギを開けて入りました。 一番コンパクトな部屋だったせいか、お部屋は少し狭くスーツケースを開けるとぎりぎりです。 朝食もお部屋でとるのですが、小さなテーブルしかなく、欧米風にベッドの上でなのかな？という感じでそれはそれで新鮮な体験でした。 お部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが残念でした。」

「Loved this cozy spot. Perfect for two people! The shower and pillows were my favorite. But also the view of thesheep were lovely to wake up to.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. 」
