"They upgraded us to a larger room with a river view without us asking which was a great surprise. The staff was top notch and Rosie was super helpful with wineries and directions. I give this place my absolute highest recommendation. "

"From the reviews I really thought we were gonna have a better experience. I’m not the one you complain, but they put us in the worse possible room for our honeymoon. Our view was blocked by a tent outside and then we heard all the music from the restaurant at all hours. Paper thin walls and could hear everything. No type of privacy. Then they put us in a shared room. Especially not ideal for someone on their honeymoon… and gave us no heads up on why. It sucked because we were stuck like that for 2 weeks. Also rooms were not as big as picture. The wall next to me made noise & shook all night- I thought it was an earthquake. Husband spilt water on the floor and cleaned it with a rag and the rag turned black-and that was the 1st night staying there. I thought the restaurant was nice until I go to check out and they told me my bill was 200 even though I never charged anything to the room our entire stay…. This hotel literally ruined my entire stay in Napa. I really felt like I was a bottom tier visitor. The prices I paid wasn’t worth it and I cried most of my trip. Thanks. "
