"This is a fairly new and large hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room suite was a good size with a separate Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Room was not cleaned the first night we stayed, even though no sign was left on the door to indicate cleaning was not required. Given the nightly room rate, this was totally unacceptable. After a discussion with Front Desk staff, they noted the situation and a manager called the next day to arrange a specific cleaning time. Room was cleaned the next day, but amenities were not restocked during that cleaning, they were during subsequent cleanings. Included breakfast appeared to be well stocked with a selection of hot items as well as muffins, fruit, etc. Overall, it is a nice place to stay, but somewhat pricey."

"My only gripe and it's a petty one at that. Is that if you order food from an outside source you have to leave the room to meet them in the lobby because they can't get up to the floor without a card. Security is premium, yet this one thing is a peeve a very very mild peeve. Everything else is amazing. The fig restaurant attached is however not worth the money or time. Go to the put next door, way better food and service."

"I generally don’t leave poor reviews but our experience at this place was nothing short of horrid. First, we were offered a room that reeked of urine (pet friendly room). When I asked the staff to come to the room and inspect the smell he said it was the smell of the disinfectant that they use. It was not. It was a strong smell of urine. Then we were told that had we not brought a pet with us we would have been moved to a non-pet friendly room but otherwise they had only one other room available. The second room we were offered did not smell of urine (fortunately) but the cleanliness level was abysmal. The black out drapes were covered in what looked like streaks of snot or some other white bodily fluid. The floors were sticky. The hallway right outside of our door smelt strongly of sewage. It was too late in the night for us to seek an alternative accommodation so we made a decision to stay. We checked out first thing in the morning and couldn’t stomach the idea of staying for breakfast given the cleanliness level we observed. Additionally, staff had very poor customer service. They did not apologize for the poor accommodations provided and made us feel like we inconvenienced them asking for a bare minimum hospitality standards. We were fooled by many positive reviews and needles to say we would not be back."
