"I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold. "

"Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience. "

"We had a delightful stay. This was our favorite lodging of our trip. Quiet, clean, spacious, real dishes. Hot oatmeal with many add-ins available. Real effort to eliminate waste— even the yoghurt came from a dispenser and not little plastic containers. I notice and appreciate these efforts!"

"There was no pool which I failed to notice when booking. At the room rate, there ought to be a pool or sauna/steam room. Pleasant staff. Chandelier in bathroom was out for night and half day. Prefer a fan in the bathroom. And the $4 dollar bottles of water in the room is outrageous. Safe didn't work and mini fridge was cool not cold."

"There was an odd smell in our room. It looked like the property was newer overall so was surprised that the room smelled like that. The tv was also weird - had to have deal staff come to the room and show us how to even turn it on. Breakfast selection was not very good at all. "
