Apartments in London for Rent

"When we checked in the lady was training someone and was telling her to ask if we had a pet and we said hi and she then said we'll have them sign this and if we find out they do have a pet this is what they will be charged. Didn't give us any paperwork and didn't ask if we needed anything for the room. We didn't have enough covers so we went up and asked for another one and was told they didn't have any extra because they were all in rooms. Now that was a bold face lie we stayed in the room right next to the laundry room and they had plenty folded up on shelves. We paid almost 200.00 and an extra cover wouldn't hurt to let us use, also the pillows are awful too fluffy couldn't get any sleep. I had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow and blanket just to get some sleep. It was a terrible experience. I ask them if they could change the bed for the next days stay and was told oh we don't clean that until your stay is over. Not happy at all. "

"The staff was very welcoming & friendly. It was disappointing to find that the jacuzzi jets in the tub didn't work. Also, after bathing, I was barefoot in the bathroom for a few minutes and when I sat down to put my socks on, the bottom of my feet were dirty. :( That also gave me some concern wondering how well the tub and the rest of the bathroom had been cleaned."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. The outside looks old and needs updates but the rooms, lobby, breakfast are were renovated and were clean.. I brought me dog the first time and they gave me dog treats at the front desk. The second time I was alone and the staff put me close to the lobby because I was a little scared being by myself. The price was great both times and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I plan to stay here every time I visit with my family."

"Pool was closed down. Breakfast was literally a crockpot of gravy with biscuits. Bathroom sink clogged and tub was dirty with hairs in it. Not happy!"
