「Perfect for is for UK graduation weekend. We like to stay close to where our daughter lives. We rented upstairs and downstairs too. Great neighborhood!」

「The property was very clean just freshly painted. The only thing that was a problem was the two bedrooms on second floor with steep steps to climb with luggage for two senior ladies. Host should include that info in listing. Location was great just mins from Ark. Neighbor hood was nice and seem very safe. Check in and check out easy. Overall very nice stay extremely satisfied.」

「Loved everything about our stay!! We own an old house ourselves and it's always fun to see the way that people renovate their space. This property is very tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful plants outside (and next door!). The kitchen is great, HVAC system is great, and the property was very clean. I felt safe enough to do tummy time with my baby on the floor, so that should tell you how nice it felt! Towels and basic amenities were well stocked. I'll say the water pressure is fine,...

「Great loft apartment. It was furnished really nicely and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants within walking distance. Just a heads up that its on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs.」

「My husband and I stayed here during a quick getaway to visit Keeneland, area horse farms and distilleries. Unit was very clean, host was a great communicator and neighborhood was safe/quiet. We walked to downtown Frankfort both nights of our stay which had enough cute shops and restaurants to explore.」

The bars on the street below were noisy, but seemed to have a firm curfew that didn't go too late. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.」

Cleanest and cutest VRBO I have been in. Adorable walk out deck for evening drinks. Look no further this place has it all. Jason and Toni are the best host, very reachable for any needs.」
