「We had a great stay, primarily because of the bartender. He is very personable. We had only stopped in for an after dinner drink, and ended up closing tge place. 😆 He told us about a delicious sounding drink recipe that contained root beer. We happened to have some bottles of root beer with us that we had purchased at one of of the bourbon tours - we got them and brought them to the bar and he made the drinks which we then shared with other guests. 「It is definitely camping but with all the amenities you want, like having a place to keep food cold, being able to take a shower, and using indoor plumbing. At this price and with these views, you can't beat it. The property manager was super accommodating and understanding. We will definitely return and you should go too!」

「Cabin is well cared for and clean. It's small but designed efficiently and fine for the 2 of us for 2 nights. Location is good for taking advantage of the Red River Gorge attractions with close proximity to the Mountain Parkway. 」

「check in was easy, everything that was promised was in good shape. For us the hot tub is the most important. we love the location and of course it is dog friendly. this was our second stay and plan on returning.」

A bit more cabinet space for food would be nice as I don't like to put food in a bottom cabinet where mice might be present (although we didn't see any). Checkout instructions weren't very clear but we saw the drop box at the office.I would stay here again. Nice, quiet and comfortable.」
