"Room had some issues- the AC was dripping, and the conditioner dispenser was not working. Once we informed the front desk, it was addressed and fixed right away. The restaurant is very good, but it did not have an active bar when we were visiting. "

"Igloo Beach Lodge is a beautiful property in a great location near the beach. The pool area is lovely and the rooms were clean, but our experience with the reservation and customer service was very disappointing. My travel partner and I booked and paid for a room with two beds through Expedia. When we arrived around 6 PM, we were told the receptionist was not there and the woman at the front desk said she had no way to contact them, so we couldn’t resolve the issue at check-in. We were given a room with only one full-size bed instead of the two beds we booked. When we spoke with the receptionist the next day, she told us the hotel was overbooked and that there had been a communication error with Expedia, mentioning this had happened before. As a result, we remained in a room with one full bed for our entire three-night stay, did not receive any compensation for this error, and also did not receive the welcome drink included with our booking. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the overbooking and lack of communication between Expedia and the property made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend travelers use Expedia or book with this hotel."

"I stayed at Si Como No Resort, Spa & Wildlife Refuge from February 19–22. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels. After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found. However, the jewelry items were never located and the hotel declined compensation after their investigation. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options and slow service. I had to get my own water despite waiters walking around refilling glasses. Given the high prices, the overall experience did not meet expectations. There are cleaner hotels in the area that offer better value. I would recommend exploring other options before booking here."

"Truly exceeded expectations. Unique, clean, spacious room with scenic balcony overlooking ocean and garden. Private, yet easy access to car parking, pool and restaurants. Having rented a car, getting around was convenient, 5 minute drive to National park. No troubles with traffic or parking. Beach was spectacular, although a bit of a trek to walk back up to the hotel after a day in the sun. Food and service was excellent, and having a fridge, freezer, microwave and stove top with pots and utensils was helpful for packing lunches or eating in watching sunset from balcony. Overall, wonderful experience."
