Room was clean everyday, breakfast was my favorite part. The only complaints is that the lap pool was over bleached so much that my eye were burning. It felt like I had got pepper sprayed. I had blurring vision for half the day. Really bad. Jacuzzi was working. We asked them to prepare it for us and they did but forgot to mention there. I got water. And lastly, you have to call them to open the garage door in the back. Sometimes they take a long time to answer their phone. I had to call 5 times. Very inconvenient.

My son and I chose Hotel Lirio because of its central location, which made it incredibly convenient for the excursions we had planned. From the moment we arrived, the experience was welcoming and seamless. We were greeted by a kind & attentive receptionist who personally escorted us to our room, highlighting key areas of the hotel along the way. Our room featured comfortable double beds, was spotless, and offered a beautiful view of the sunset—an added bonus after long days of exploring. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Wilfredo. That first evening, he went out of his way to find an NHL game for us on the restaurant TV and handled our special meal requests with care & attention. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed—we learned he works both day & night shifts, yet he remained consistently friendly and engaged. We saw Wilfredo again the next morning during the all-inclusive breakfast before an early excursion, where he continued our conversation with genuine warmth. Later, between outings, we returned & were treated to a customized burger prepared by his brother, Olman, the chef—an excellent meal that exceeded expectations. On our final morning, we had to leave very early, & once again Wilfredo ensured we were taken care of by arranging a to-go breakfast, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it provided not only a comfortable & convenient stay but also outstanding, personalized service that made our trip even more memorable.

Everything was perfect! The staff were Amazing. The place was spotless and everyone was so kind and friendly. Our dinner both nights was FANTASTIC!!! We ordered the filet mignon one night and the mango chicken the next night. The chef DID THAT!!! 👏 The room was so beautiful. I really wanted to take the comforter home with me because it was so gorgeous and it helped me sleep like a baby. My daughter and I loved our stay and we highly recommend this beautiful place!

one of the male staff which we didnt get the name of him in the reception as we register is not very welcoming. We didnt find him very pleasant as opposed to the other hotel we've been too. The washroom in the room has problem like when you flush the toilet, after few seconds you will hear a very loud sound. Im not sure it might be a pipe problem. Other than that, i found the entire surrounding was well maintained and clean.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful room that over looked a pool on one side and a tropical garden in the other side. No ocean views, but the pool was wonderful to cool off after all our excursions. The seating area was covered and we sat out there when it rained and it was lovely.
