  • 2BR/2BA stunning Poolside Villa

    The villa is based in 'Hacienda Pacifica' a gated community of 20 villas, with shared access to a gorgeous swimming pool.

    Just 5 mins drive to Quepos town & Marina Pez Vela & 12 mins to Manuel Antonio for its National Park, beaches & restaurants.

    Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been completely renovated since. The villa is a two story home. Downstairs consists of a large living room, kitchen with full cooking appliances and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens out onto a large covered garden terrace with outdoor dining table and seating where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. The second story consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & Air-Conditioning. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen Bed & a Twin bed, bedroom 2 contains a Queen sized bed. The master bedroom opens onto an outside balcony which overlooks the swimming pool. The villa sleeps 6 people comfortably in two Queen beds, 1 single bed & 1 double sofa bed. Under new ownership since July 2023, the villa has been totally renovated in September 2023 with new furniture, appliances, linens, kitchenware and has been tastefully decorated with some nice new additions. Please note that we do not offer laundry and dryer service in our villa, but there is a laundry place just 5 minutes drive from the villa and we will be happy to send you the map of this place any time if needed.

Great place, quiet, private and close to town

Everything at the Villa was in great shape, super clean and very comfortable. The guards and property manager were very coutious and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful and very private. I woukd recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area.

Fantastic Home Away from Home

This was the perfect house for the week for me, my husband, our adult son and his girlfriend. We were pleasantly surprised that it has 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough space to put belongings away. Kitchen / living/ dining area was a great place for all of us to hang out. Very nice pool area with a common Bbq to use. We felt very safe with the complex being gated. Security guard Alfredo was so sweet and kind. Cate was great - responding quickly to all messages. Very sad to leave.

INCREDIBLE- A MUST STAY!!!

Hacienda Pacifica was the perfect get away and provided a delightful experience for my first visit to Costa Rica. It is perfectly located with a convenient store located within a few feet of the condo with additional shops, restaurants and the beach less than 10 mins drive to downtown Quepos. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean, spacious, safe and well-lit. And the foliage and grounds were well-maintenanced, beautiful and provided some interaction with some wildlife that added to the fun. The host was exceptionally responsive throughout my stay and did a phenomenal job with suggesting and scheduling excursions that made for an easy, smooth and very enjoyable stay and overall excellent experience. I would definitly stay here again. Pura Vida!

Good place for visiting quepos and Manuel Antonio

Property was very nice. There were a few things we wished we had and a few conveniences we found lacking but for the area I don’t think you can get any better. They thought of a lot of ways to make the place feel homey and the minor issues we worked around. Our main downfall was no washer and dryer on site. After reading the listing I saw that it wasn’t listed in the amenities so that was my fault. Since we were traveling with our family and in the water so much we really needed the ability to wash. The main bedroom we found the bed very hard and there was a light across the street that shined directly into the bed. I would recommend a mattress topper and black out curtain. The location was perfect next to a corner store that sold basic needs and we were able to get supplies to make dinner so that was a huge bonus. The complimentary coffee was very appreciated the morning after a long travel day. But the only other cooking supplies are salt and pepper so if you need cooking spray/butter or spices make sure to grab them when you are out. We loved seeing the birds in the morning and saw some monkeys in one of the trees. The property is well maintained and very beautiful. We would stay again if we didn’t need a place with a washer and dryer.
