Bel endroit.

Bel endroit. Belle vue. Tranquille. Facilement accessible. Deux petits hic cependant : réfrigérateur tellement bruyant qu’il a fallu l’installer dans la salle de bain et à quoi bon avoir un balcon avec vue magnifique s’il faut s’installer sur des chaises en métal on ne peut plus incorfortables.

This hotel is very good, nice view from the rooms and the breakfast restaurant. The hotel has a collab with a restaurant el Arado that serves delicious dinner and the picks you up or bring the food to you. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, beautiful view, poor breakfast

Mostly I would recommend this hotel. Staff is really helpful, room was relatively clean, mattress okay, good pillows. The fridge inside my room did not work but they a nice coffee machine which was not in the pics. Bathroom was clean and the balcony was lovely. The downside of my room is that you can't really close the doors of the balcony because the bed is blocking the way. You need to be quite strong to move the bed if you don't want to wake with the sunrise at 5 am. Breakfast food was edible, but not tasty. The view from the breakfast area is breathtaking and it was worth the poor feeding. It can be a bit tricky to find the hotel but it is well located if you are using Waze.

Slightly off main road - 2 minutes - giving a quiet and unhurried experience. My room had an ocean view. Avery good breakfast is included. I lucked out and the second night we had about a 30 minute rain in the evening, a perfect way to begin to drift off to sleep.

Experiencia regular

Mi experiencia no fue tan buena. En primer lugar el costo del hotel se me hace elevado tomando en cuanta las condiciones del hotel, en fotos se ve muy diferente a como es en realidad, no digo que este mal pero no es lo esperado conforme a su precio. Mi habitacion no funciono el aire acondicionado por lo cual abri la ventana porque tampoco tienen ventilador esto ocaciono que en la noche se metieran miles de mosquitos y hicieran una noche de pesadilla sumando las hormigas y demas insectos que se metieron. El agua de la alberca era de comor verde y no se veia tan limpia, el restaurant donde esta el buffet en desayuno tiene laminas esta muy descuidado e improvisado no digo que este mal pero no esta acorde al precio del hotel, wifi solo en recepcion. Lo unico que si tengo que reconocer es que al estar desayunando tipo 8:30 am llegaron changuitos, sin exagerar serian como 100 y si fue buena experiencia interactuar con ellos.

Pros: Very accessible to Manuel Antonio national park. Good breakfast. Bar/dinner open until 10pm with decent food. Clean pool. You can see iguanas and birds like toucans. Cons: Internet is horrible in the rooms. Room cleanliness.

Breakfast...

There was no one at reception to get breakfast in the morning because we were not placed on a breakfast list and they thought everyone had been served. Asked for the traditional plate, the tortillas, tomatoes and sour cream were not included as stated on the menu, we were later explained that the menus were out of date. Asked for two fried eggs, yolks were burst on both. The next day I specified not to burst the yolk and make sure they were cooked over easy. They later explained that the eggs were "bad quality" (concerning) and this is why the egg yolks had burst and why they weren't able to bring the eggs over easy, clearly the cook did not know how to prepare eggs over easy. Prices for food were overpriced at $13 per plate. There was a leak in the room as well. Beds were comfortable, TV was decent, air conditioning worked, shower had warm water but fluctuated to cold due to some malfunction. Pool was enjoyable and not too crowded for the most part. If I hadn't gotten an Expedia discount for the room I would've been very upset paying full price.

horrible place and it should be closed down

the out side , the inside is disgusting , the room is old and run down, the breakfast was simply YAK> cheap ticket I am asking for full refund of my money .please see the photos .

beautiful torture

the room was beautiful. the climb to and from the room, pool, and restaurants was torture. I have severe arthritis and chronic health issues. I stayed in my room most of the time, because I couldnt do the climbing. the service at the restaurant was the worst ever. and the food was just ok. none of the wifi links ever connected to our phones. no matter where we were on the property.

Hotel agrdable y tranquilo

Las instalaciones externas estan en buen estado. La habitacion es espaciosa y comoda, la atención del personal de recepción y restaurante excelente. El lugar tiene una muy buena vista del mar y la vegetación. Sin lugar a dudas espero regresar pronto.
