I like it as it is close to the Mall of Asia. Access to public transport was easy. It was a narrow unit compared to what we stayed in at Shell Residences in 2017. This room has few issues like: broken shower head, leaking tap and many tiny cockroaches were running around specially in the kitchen that really needs getting rid of. In our second night (we booked 3 night stay) the air conditioning was leaking water. Overall, not happy at all.

Our room was given to someone else. We where left high and dry with no place to stay for the night. I still need to contact Expedia to get a refund when I get back in the USA.

Mycket smutsigt på rummet, dålig service i receptionen, min fru fick lämna sitt pass där, trots att det stod att rummet bokats för 2 personer! Sämst var att man har bild på poolen för locka folk, men det ingår inte utankostar 150 pesos extra

SCAM and RIP OFF

It was a rip off and a scam. The desk had no reservation for me, the agent never showed up and the phone # given was not answered. I want a refund.

Just remember this is a condo rental and it is a fully functioning unit, which is good, but it gets used by many people over the year.

I've noticed that there is no inspection of the unit upon check out. There should be some inspection for security purposes just like hotels. You have to wait on the reception until they told you that its cleared.

I was really disappointed. I checked out right after I saw the place/room. Just to mention a few inconvenience: door lock broken, missing light bulb, roaches noted, dusty appliances, no signal. I will not recommend the place. I was really unfortunate to booked here...wasted money, effort and experience.

Worst room that I have stayed in

Communication non excistant, room full of bugs and insects, bathroom full of mould, flat battery for air conditioning, could not get rely for owner after repeated text messages and phone calls, only help we received was from a guard at front desk who arranged for Room to be fumigated, for less than 2 year old it was discusting

Bad for everything!!! Cockroaches everywhere!

Cockroaches running around like crazy!!! Washing machine not working!!! People are not friendly! Rude and no respect at all!! We were about to go swimming and we are being stop and asked "Have you guys paid for the pool already?!" What the heck???? Pool are not clean,,,,and we didn't even swim due to all of that stressful day going on. :( :( :( I hope they will do some change! I like this area though!

VERY VERY BAD!!!!

We booked and found that booking was overlapped! Owner of unit kept on accepting booking thus overlapping all his clients! Hotels.com should not even be posting in behalf of FILNAIJA! What a shame!!! I need a refund! The trouble this cost me and my family!

Near the mall choose other management

Arrive easy check in but the room was dirty the bathroom was disgusting dead bugs on the wall I seen a couple of cockroaches so I definitely not going to stay there again no more. I even called to the management to put light bulb in the kitchen cuz it was hard to cook in the dark

Staff sensitivity rating

It was our second time to stay here. The place itself is amazing. Fabulous pool, great location, and nice room. The only bad part is that I think the management company needs to train their staff better. They seem to be in the dark about a lot of things. This last time we had our flight changed on us at the last minute, and we got there about 3 hours before our room was ready. We were all very tired from packing hurriedly the night before and then having to leave on such an early flight. They had no place to store baggage, so we had to sit in their lobby with our luggage until our room was ready. I almost fell asleep several times, as did my wife. My daughter did fall asleep, without my noticing. The saw the guard (Belmonte) walk over to her and slap her on the leg a couple of times, waking her up, and then told her she couldn't sleep in the lobby. I chased him down and told him how he rude he was. He said it was against the rules. I told him I was OK with the rules, but that wasn't the issue with me. It was the way he enforced them. He could have asked if she was with anyone, and then explained to us. We could have woken her gently. Or he could have been more gently waking her. I was very upset with him, but I don't think he ever understood my point of view on what happened. I did not report him, but I should have.

A bad service-

It was not a good stay. I booked 3 rooms but when we arrived only 2 rooms have keys. A week before, I emailed hotel.com informing our arrival yet I received no response. By the time we're in the lobby to check in at 8:20pm we we're told that the representative of the room have gone home leaving no key for us to check in cause they thought we're not coming. Its frustrating since my companion are 4 senior citizens and 2 children were so tired from the trip and end up sleeping in the lobby while waiting for the update of our booked room for almost an hour. And eventually they referred us 1 room to SEA residences which we will ride a taxi from Shell residences and we decline the offer since they we're soo tired already and end up sleeping in 2 rooms for 8pax. (The fact that we paid the rooms two months before our stay they should supposedly left the key whether we arrive late or not) The TV's are not working especially the internet. Our room have no electricity and we need to call the assigned service crew yet and we're sooo tired.

It was very disappointing. we arrived early and can not reach the coordinator and the front desk don't have a clue about our reservation. We're trying to phoned the coordinator but it's ring and nobody answer. They don't have there own frint desk in the hotel. When we get in the room at 2pm, there was no TV, internet, light on the livingroom on our first night. The shower has no hot water. They sent somebody there but know nothing about the room. The owner never even bother to talk to us. Our stay was so terrible. Never recomend this hotel to anyone

No Service, no Wifi!

Positive: View inside the Residence with Pools and some amenities. Close to the big "Mall of Asia" and to the Airport. Negative: The Stuff wasnt interested and left fast. As we tried to use WiFi it didnt work - so we called all the numbers on the "Rules" to ask about but all numbers out of service! The Residence Receptionist gave us another number which worked, but i couldnt understand, what the Stuff talked to me and she hang up after a few seconds! Back in the room we found out, that there was no soap, toothbrush, shampoo or toilet paper inside!

Great property, lousy management

The room was very nice, well furnished and stocked with plenty of comfort items. The staff however, isnt responsive and doesnt even have an office on the property... it takes hours to get a live person there if there is a problem or whatever. The pool is wonderful but EVEN paid guests must pay for each swimmer, every day! I found this to be very misleading as it was not mentioned in the expedia description. After staying 3 days and entertaining several guests I found it would have been cheaper to stay in a more expensive property that didnt charge for the swimming pool use... I'll not stay here again.

Left stranded

This person was the worst hotel management ever. I booked this room for my family of four, 2 months in advance through Hotels.com and received my confirmation. I arrived at midnight to Manila from a long flight from USA and the hotel owner did not show up to check us in. The door person called her for us but she said my reservation was canceled and that she would not be at location until 12 noon. She left was stranded without a room to rest for the night between our connecting flight to Elnido Palawan in the morning. We didn't have internet access or a local phone to call anyone. My kids were tired and scared.
