Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was very disappointed because at the last minute D2 transferred us to Seda Hotel BGC and miscommunication that I don’t know what happen that Seda wants to bill me for our stay. I informed them and show them the email from Dustin. The survey should be from Seda Hotel not Dusit.
