「Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter. 」

「This hotel needs a serious upgrade. Sheets were nasty! Toilet had so much black stuff in it, tub was not clean enough to use. Latch on the dirt was broke! Just nasty! I had a long night sleeping on top of the cover in a knot 」

「The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere 」

「Cute room excellent decor, good communication with host, however, I did not learn that the Ac wasn’t working until my arrival, but the host was quick to refund me, however, the weather had turned cool and the windows were open, so it was okay…. Until the next morning when temps dropped to 40’s and there was no heat either. I had to answer work emails from under blankets bowing on my cold finger to not go numb. But that was my choice to stay, again the host were willing to refund. But I was there...

「Staff was not helpful. Two days I asked to get room cleaned and no one ever showed up. Would not stay here again. I will get a room at Marriott from now on.」

「チェックインの時、フロントデスクに誰もおらず。しばらく待たされました。担当者は外で喫煙中でした。 戻って来た時は無愛想な態度。 2/16 朝食の担当だった女性は ステキな笑顔で親切でした。 部屋は清潔、快適に過ごせましたが バスタブの排水がとっても遅い‼️ 詰まり気味です。 でも、機会があれば また利用すると思います( ◠‿◠ )」

「Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.」
