Ash Street Inn is a charming place with wonderful hosts!! Our room was just right. Breakfast was made to order by Chef/Host Rob. We enjoyed getting to know our hosts, dining nearby (walkable), and our lovely breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Beautiful bed and breakfast

Very beautiful! Everything was so wonderful. The host couple was very friendly and helpful with information of local sites and restaurants. Our room was very delightful, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. They had an outside patio that we sat onand enjoyed a cup of coffee. We will visit "Ash street Inn" again when we are in the area.

I've stayed at Bucuti and Tara in Aruba and thought that they had the best service and experience around. Ash Street Inn was the same experience. Not a "box" was unchecked. I felt at home as soon as I walked in and it stayed that way for my entire stay. Homemade bread with breakfast? Yes. Charming perfect cleanliness and anything that you might need is right there. Lovely, lovely experience. Can't say enough good stuff. I went there because I was attending a conference at Southern NH University. After a full day...they were so comforting to return to. They made me excellent dinner reservations and took care of everything. I will go back. I will put my reviews of Ash Street INN EVERYWHERE!

The property and accommodations for very comfortable. We had a lot of hospitality coming from Rob. Not very much conversation coming from his wife, but she did seem friendly as well. We were happy that he was very accommodating when we I thought seen your email about how to get into the building. He went out of his way to greet us at the door, and we felt like that was a very warm welcome. It was not in the neighborhood that my husband and I felt comfortable walking around to explore the town. Unfortunately, that’s the only reason why I did not get five stars.

The hosts were friendly, helpful, and talented in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom were both clean and spacious, and the homemade cookies in the afternoon and made-to-order breakfast were delicious! There were also several little lovely touches, like engraved soap, toothpaste, and water/seltzer water. The inn was located walking distance to downtown (where we had dinner at a restaurant and went to the theater) and only a few blocks from a great little art museum. We enjoyed our stay here!

Get away vacation.

We love Margit & Robert, they are so sweet and they wonted to make sure we were very comfortable. The room was perfect and breakfast was so good. I would recommend this place.

This little gem is a great place to relax and recharge. The breakfast was delicious.I had thr french toast with the New Hampshire maple syrup. Perfection! The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was just as I imagined. Walked arou d the neighborhood in the morning,so much t take in. The museum is just a few blocks from the B&B.

It is a lovely building with unexpected features (like central AC and a sprinkler system). The hosts are lovely people and total professionals in hospitality. Our room was lovely, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We took advantage of the Art Gallery nearby and off street parking. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at the Ash Street Inn this past weekend for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. Complementary drinks like soda, coffee and tea, as well as snacks like fresh fruit, chips, granola bars, and cookies made the stay very comfortable. Our room had a remote-controlled fireplace that was so cozy to relax next to, and it was fully stocked with whatever toiletry you could ever need including advil, chapstick, makeup remover (only thing I didn’t find was emergency feminine hygiene products but everything else was there!) Rob and Margit are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful of every detail. What really made the trip for us was the smorgasbord of a breakfast. We informed them we are vegan ahead of time, and they delivered more than we could have ever expected. Firstly, we were offered homemade granola and vegan yogurt, as well as fresh fruit bowls. I had thought this was the extent of it and was honestly already satisfied but then they handed us the real menu which offered a choice between sweet vegan pancakes and a savory southwest tofu scramble, which were both delectable! They also had vegan peanut butter cookies when we arrived! We had a lovely convo with Rob and Margit during our breakfast and they gave us free guest passes for the Currier Museum of Art just a couple blocks down the street from the Inn, whom they have a partnership with as a local business. We went after checking out and it was a perfect way to end our wonderful trip!!

The wind and the banging of the flag poles was so noisy. Got no sleep. So many rooms located around it. Must have been the same for many people. Shame because rooms and locations are good!

This bed and breakfast was charming, historical, excellent and extremely friendly and informative owners, convenient to gas for refueling and downtown dining on Elm Street. We will most definitely return when next in the Manchester, New Hampshire area and highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling through and needs a quiet respite!
