Just before entering the interior, a fully furnished porch awaits, complete with a dining table where all guests can relish delicious outdoor meals prepared on the terrace's barbecue.

The interior of this two-story house begins with a spacious living-dining room, featuring two sofas perfect for relaxation and movie nights with the Smart TV. The fully equipped gas cooker in the kitchen allows for the preparation of delicious meals, complete with all necessary utensils for your convenience.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Moving upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to enhance your comfort throughout your stay.

Conveniently located in the kitchen area, the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For guests traveling with infants, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

- A mandatory tourist tax, Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands. All guests over the age of 16 are required to pay this tax. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
