"The property location is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Room is clean and good size in Japan compared to other hotels. Decor is modern and new. Highly recommended to business travelers or travelers with kids. Breakfast is awesome with variety of selections. "

"This is my go to in Tokyo the staff is alway friendly the onsen is great. Breakfast is the perfect amount. Quite and comfortable. As long as you are not expecting a 5 star american style hotel. "Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar."

"The hotel is located in the centre and at few minutes walking distance from Yokohama station, which is amazing. The hotel is quirky however the cleanliness is not so good. The room was adequate in size but very dusty. I would go back, though because of the location "

"The staff was consistently helpful and courteous and the room was very clean and comfortable but we chose the wrong type of room -- with 2 twin beds which left much less room around the beds; we should have chosen a room with one double bed. Sure, the bathroom was small by American standard but was not small by Japanese standard -- it was just fine. Their Japanese breakfast was wonderful with things that we can't prepare easily in the States. We also made many cups of tea (green & black) using free tea bags from the front desk. The hotel is only a few steps from the train station-mall so it was very convenient to take the train, eat & shop including food stuff. We had a very good stay."
