"Prime location as it's steps away from the station for train and bus, many restaurants, mall and pretty much whatever you need! I was able to store luggage temporarily before check in so i can do some exploring. It's very close to a pokemon center too! It was my first capsule hotel and i felt safe knowing QR CODES were used to gain entry to either the male or female dorms. The capsule was spacious and there was Toiletries, pajamas, towels provided so you can pack light! It did get hot in the room at night but overall, id stay at this location again 🤗 thank you!"

"Had a very good experience staying at Yokohama Bay Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect and the overall service is outstanding. The only slight downside is that the room looks a bit old, but it was spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable."

"The hotel is located in the centre and at few minutes walking distance from Yokohama station, which is amazing. The hotel is quirky however the cleanliness is not so good. The room was adequate in size but very dusty. I would go back, though because of the location "

"The staff was consistently helpful and courteous and the room was very clean and comfortable but we chose the wrong type of room -- with 2 twin beds which left much less room around the beds; we should have chosen a room with one double bed. Sure, the bathroom was small by American standard but was not small by Japanese standard -- it was just fine. Their Japanese breakfast was wonderful with things that we can't prepare easily in the States. We also made many cups of tea (green & black) using free tea bags from the front desk. The hotel is only a few steps from the train station-mall so it was very convenient to take the train, eat & shop including food stuff. We had a very good stay."
