Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of BGC. From our airport pickup, being greeted at the entry and taken directly to our room for check-in, everything was great.

The best pool

I was recently here during my stay in Manila, I stayed here for a week. This place is topnotch. Excellent location, clean rooms and general areas, and most of all awesome staff from the desk service to the people who clean your room. just awesome. They also go above and beyond to respond to request. Food also tastes good in their cafe. I would stay here again whenever I'm back in makati. The hotel is up to US standards, I can compare the service to the well known Beverly Wilshire. excellent.

Hotel staff was fantastic! Professional! The restaurant staff weee great specially From Mezzanine lounge Jericson. He was veey helpfull managing and organizing our large party dinner. Kudos to Jericson!!!

This is a long stop before my international flight and I needed a good rest as well as shopping. I’m so happy I tried this hotel. Very convenient to shopping malls and restaurants. Quite, clean with a nice view. Gave me excellent service from the entrance to my room. Housekeeping and bellmen were commendable. Your check in counters were also courteous and accommodating!
