"The location of the hotel across the street from major malls and hundreds of restaurants was tremendous. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I thought the breakfast was expensive. Karmella in housekeeping was very helpful, kept our room clean and made sure we had a good supply of bottled water."

"It was good overall. The AC is quite noisy but that’s common in Manila. I really liked the USB wall plugs so you don’t need an adapter coming from another country. It’s clean, dry, and well maintained. The location is convenient. We stayed in 7 different hotels during our trip, and I can safely say that this one was the best for the price."
