"Exceptional!"

"Food was great. Lots of bacon at breakfast, which is extremely important for Canadian travelers :) Grounds are beautiful. Multiple pools were clean and serene. Rooms were clean and the king bed was the size of my apartment...huge! Female staff were all very pleasant. The male front desk staff were average. All it takes is a smile and you've won me over, however, I took notice that male staff behind the counter don't seem to smile at all. I try not to be too judgy about those things because you never know what someone is going through, but day after day, I noticed that male staff behind counter seemed almost bothered when you came up to the counter. Other than that, the stay was amazing. Would definitely return. "

"Good breakfast and comfortable spacious room with effective AC. For the price paid I thought this was good value in Phuket, 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to the beautiful beach."
