"Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"It really was a perfect location to Patong - I am not going to lie - the hill yes is steep but a bit of exercise never hurt anyone!! As far as the house, it was clean, neat and had everything required. The beds were a little harder than I was use to but hey you can't have everything!!The manager was superb and so were all the staff. "Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often. "
