The reason my rating was four stars was solely because of the room cleanliness. Bedding was very comfortable, cleanliness was top notch, and location was perfect for easy access to mag mile! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The only negative for us was that there is no room service and the offerings from the hotel restaurant are very limited. Luckily you are in Chicago with great restaurants ready to deliver!! "
