Designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a cozy double sofa bed, a widescreen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for your meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with all the essential amenities. It also features a semi-enclosed balcony with a table and chairs, providing a bright and airy space to unwind.

A second bathroom downstairs is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short distance from Madrid’s city center, this neighborhood is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore iconic landmarks like Gran Vía and the Royal Palace.
The area features a mix of residential charm and local cafes, restaurants, and shops, with plenty of green spaces like Casa de Campo nearby for outdoor relaxation. It's a great base for those seeking a peaceful stay with easy access to all that Madrid has to offer.

Several parking options are available in the vicinity. If you're travelling by car, it's advisable to check for the nearest parking facilities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Guzmán el Bueno (lines line 6 & 7), is just a 2-minute walk. The closest bus station, Reina Victoria, 1 minute walking from the property

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
