The hair conditioner in the main lobby didn't work so it was super hot anytime we had to go through there. The air conditioner in my room on high and turn down to 60° took almost 5 hours to cool down the room because the blower did not work on it on high or low hardly at all it just barely put out any air flow. Also I was really unhappy when I went to use the restroom and there was a cockroach on the bathroom floor when I opened the door. I've never had cockroaches in my life and I was not happy to see one in my hotel room.

This place is a zero star dive. So bad we walked out and found a different hotel. Literally 100 degrees in the lobby. Zero a/c. The pool in the lobby was drained and moldy. The bar is permanently shut down. We went into our room to find the beds weren’t made, all the furniture was pulled away from the wall. Everything was unplugged as well. Went back to the front desk to find out they didn’t have any rooms ready and would have to wait for them to get one cleaned. This was well after check in time. The smell was also terrible! I want a refund. This place should be condemned and shut down immediately!!!!!! Give me my money back!!!! My wife said there is no way in hell we are staying here so we literally just walked out.

Casters on bed was broken. I found a baby roach in the bathroom and we were on the 3rd floor. I thought paint was worn off on the wall but it was a roach that someone killed. This place was a nightmare.

Showed up and its 100 degrees outside, no AC in the lobby, staff cant speak english, room was tiny l, tv didn’t work, microwave nit plugged in, no internet, and pubic hairs on the toilet. Hot tub wasn’t even hot and smelled like sewer water. Arcade games where all broke, and hotel felt abandoned. Wouldn’t recommend staying!!!

The property has been run down so much to the point where it is now unsafe. There was no secure doors to the hotel as they don't work and all were propped open upon entry and the front desk personal didn't ask for an ID to verify whom was checking in. The elevator didn't work and we had to take the stairs up 3 flights which was hard with luggage and in the hallways there was furniture and refrigerators blocking the walk way to where you wouldn't be able to get out during an emergency. The AC didn't work in our room and there was no hot water after letting the water run for 10 minutes. Overall the experience was so bad to the point where we canceled our stay here and booked another hotel in town and took the loss of the non-refund we were not issued.

Bathroom was not clean, exhaust fan did not work. I was to receive adjoining rooms that sleep 5 that we did not get. The shower gel had been used and was only half full. By 7:30 breakfast bar had little to nothing left, cold coffee and no creamer.

We stayed for our daughters 2025 Special Olympics State games and overall the hotel for being operational for alittle over a year, was accommodating and the front desk was responsive and courteous. Need for improvement: It would have been nicer if the jaccuzzi was working and there was more than one cue ball to play a few games. Thank you!

The motel was very nice in it's day. It appears that since it's latest ownership change maintenance and guest services have been relaxed. The shower rod in the bathroom had been replaced but the holes in the walls from the previous rod were not filled and painted. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had. Luke warm coffee, juice machine not working and the breakfast items did not look appetizing or fresh and were far away from the drink counter. The hotel had a curry smell throughout. That said it was a fair deal for the money just not the quality establishment that the pictures seem to portray.

No complaints. It was a good stay. We were there for graduation. It was a place to stay and get ready. The pol was nice, but no time to swim.

We usually always stay at this hotel whenever we’re in town, but whoever is now under ownership has really run this place into the ground. It’s absolutely dirty. It doesn’t look like our hotel room was clean besides the beds being made and just towels being put in the room. And it also doesn’t help that no one really could speak English and they worked there. if I were you, I would just spend the extra money and find one of the newer hotels there.
