"My ONLY (minor) complaint was the USB outlet did not work and the lamp on the desk would not come on with . Otherwise, the staff, the breakfast, the views from the roof top, the location, and the ease to hail a taxi were all excellent."

"The Pinnacle is located in a great part of the city, very close to the Acropolis and many restaurants and shops. The staff was terrific, making recommendations and being accommodating to our travel plans. The rooftop bar is fantastic with a terrific view of the Acropolis. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Location was great and we felt safe so keep that in mind for my next comment regarding entry. Cool concept, hotel above a mattress store. However, didn’t love that there was no security aside from entrance to room itself (no key card for street access / elevator / open stairway to rooms). Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was generously sized. I was on the first floor and music (bass) was apparent from 10pm until at least 12 when I fell asleep. Overall still rating highly due to location, price, value for my two nights in Athens."

"Super clean and comfortable once you’re inside your hotel room. The hotel doesn’t provide four-star amenities; it seems more to me like a 3.5-star hotel. (For example, no iron or steamer in the room; no bell hop to help with luggage). The surrounding neighborhood also is not nice compared to other parts of the city."

"Everything was good, however, the room we were in, on the second floor had a view, through the available window, of the plumbing of the hotel with nothing else being visible. Shame. We asked for another room with some sort of view but we were told that none were available. As the rooms are charged at the same rate, no matter where they are, I feel we were disadvantaged in that room. There was also no shuttle to the airport."

"Le service de ménage était incroyable. Ils venaient plusieurs fois par jour. Il y avait panneau électronique qui montrait si la chambre était occupée, donc ils savaient quand ils pouvraient venir. La domotique dans cet hôtel était à un niveau supérieur. Le buffet de déjeuner était un des meilleurs que j'ai jamais vu. L'offre était extraordinaire. Pour la piscine, il fallait réserver à l'avance un bloc de 3 heures pour garantir notre place. J'ai aimé ce système qui est parfait pour les gens qui font l'effort de s'organiser. Cependant, il fallait consommer un minimum de 15 euros en nourriture ou boisson, ce qui m'a déplu."
