Defintely not what you expect after reading the reviews. Not for a lady executive. And broken fixtures, whatever was indicated in the website was definitely not provided. And their whole atttitude was unwelcome.

Pretty Average

The hotel is situated well away from the main tourist sights. The reception staff were rather dour. Limited english spoken. The restaurant is quite good. Reasonable prices and good quality. Decent buffet breakfast. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very run down feel. Not uncommon to see dirty plates lying in the corridors. The room itself was of a good size. The bed was comfy. The WiFi fast and reliable. Fixtures and fittings rather old and worn. A word of praise for the security guard at the front door. He always greeted me with a friendly smile and a hearty 'good morning'. The reception staff could take lessons from him!

The Continental Review

Overall a good experience. 1. Check-in was quick. 2. Room was good. 3. Had to ask the house keeping staff for the toiletries like Soap, Slippers, Dental kit. This was not present in the room prior to our arrival. 4. No Bathrobes available. 5. Buffet breakfast - some of the items were mostly not there / finished. You have to ask them to refill it if you want something. Juice was not kept at the buffet table - you have to ask for it and also mention how many glasses. 6. Check- out was hassle free as well and quick. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good for short trip as not far from railway juncti

Good though as we were late in checking in, the category of the room we had booked was not available and one grade lower was allotted. It was good and clean but seemed a bit old. In fact, the entire hotel needs to be refurbished. North Indian food was excellent but South Indian Idly or chinese soup was not up to the mark. But considering the price I would definitely recommend the hotel as the staff is courteous as well as efficient.

The stay was pleasant. Breakfast provided had a good spread and was good.

Mediocre hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant service was good but food choices were limited during breakfast.

Practical place, not greatest neighborhood

Nice staff, good breakfast buffet, spacious rooms.Wifi a bit weak but overall ok. AC and hot water worked well. Definitely recommended at reduced Expedia rates, not the full normal rates.

Ok

Stayed 2 nights rooms have good aircon and cable Tv channel selections. Ask for room off the road as they do not have any sound proofing and traffic noise is heard all night. Bfast has basic continental and indian. Restaurant serves good meals. Wifi works Ok.

NICE HOTEL VERY NEAR TO MAIN MARKET

Nice Hotel Staff is Good , But reaching to this Hotel is Problematic due to Metro Work . Main Drawback They didnt provide Formate for Drivers It is very inhuman that Our Driver |Driver drive 12 hour for our work and our hotel is not providing rest room for him . If want to keep journey on next day for your saktey it is necessary that your driver get a cool sleep. In this position you have to search room in Another Nearby Hotel .
