"This was the perfect location for our visit to Loveland. Just a short walk to downtown and a terrific bike trail. Plenty of space for our family of four in this nicely renovated older home. Beds were comfortable. Living room was roomy - a perfect spot to gather and hang out. If it had been warmer, the wrap-around porch would have been ideal. Host was very responsive and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. "

"We were in town just for a week and chose this property to stay at. The property was perfect for my wife and i along with our daughters and grandson. We also brought our dogs with us. Everything went great. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Everyone loved the arcade games. They even had a Christmas tree up and we were able to do our family's Christmas exchange with some normalcy. I wish i could give 6 stars "

"Very clean. The only negative thing I would say is I didn’t like how we were sharing the driveway with the owners and when you walked out of the rented house front door you automatically saw the owners house and instead of their house. I would recommend putting up some kind of privacy fence/plant and if you have renters don’t park your car in the driveway… let the renters have their privacy. I felt like it was pretty awkward. But everything was very nice and clean so I can’t complain about anything else!"

"We had a wonderful stay in the well equipped and situated quiet home. The beds were very comfortable and the home is cozy. The Loveland area is charming. We appreciated the wall ability to the shops and restaurants. Access to all highways was a bonus as well! Highly recommend this quaint home with great vibes! "
