The room was spacious and clean. The front desk assistant was helpful and relocated us to a higher floor ( I did not want the first floor). Breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet. We stayed for three nights. I would have given a higher review but the “cleaning” service was sadly lacking. They took the tip my husband put out but did nothing but pick up the towels and empty the small amount of trash. They didn’t wipe down counters, make the bed or tidy up ( we didn’t leave a mess). My husband was particularly upset because the sheets DID NOT FIT THE BED! The bottom sheet was way too small and kept tangling up in his feet. He thought the maids would correct this problem when they came to tidy up the room.. but no. They didn’t touch the bed even though my husband left the covers so the too-small sheets were clearly visible. We have usually liked Hampton Hotels.

Parking breakfast was great. It just needs a few upgrades as far as the water pressure. The staff were extremely nice. The place was nice and clean. There was an issue with getting towels from the housekeepers. It’s a great location. The pool was occupied by young people and it was a lot horseplay which made it not enjoyable.

Overall the property was good but showing its age. The carpets in the room could be cleaned better. The sofa bed is old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Not enough towels for all of us. The breakfast was average. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall 2-3 stars.
