"Overall okay place to stay, was clean and comfortable enough for me and kids to stay in. Probably won’t again though, at least not with my kids. There were some small things I noticed. The back plate on the door was damaged and a couple of the pillowcases had cuts in them. The most concerning was the smoke detector had a bag tied over it which screamed a safety concern. Then, the first night the fire alarm went off briefly (turned out to be a false alarm) and there was no notice if everything was safe to return. I had to call to verify. "

"After 10 hours on the road, the room and check in was good, but I discovered no hot water for a bath. Staff found another room and had to move.....it smelled and the water there was only tepid. Phones to desk did not work...had to get dressed and alert the staff to move at 10 PM at night. Demanded a total refund and staff is referring that to management."

"The hotel was clean. The hot tub has no water in it. The staff is slow and blamed it on their staff being new and then blamed it on their system saying it updates at night and is very slow. Check in took us 45 minutes and we had already fully paid for the room online. Don’t check in here if it’s late at night. We rolled in about 1030pm and it was almost 1130pm by the time we got a key to get into our room. When I put it out there that we had such a long wait, a man approached me the next morning at checkout and I just got excuses — no apology "

"We were unable to stay here. When the reservation was made on 02/27/26 I requested a room with a rolling shower. The property staff responded by saying the room that we had booked did not have a rolling shower. I responded back that a walk-in shower would be just fine and did the room we booked have a walk-in shower? There was no response from the hotel staff to my query, just crickets. Since they did not respond back I assumed our room would have a walk-in shower as pictured on the Expedia website. Upon arrival yesterday the room we were given only had a bathtub. I repeated my concerns to the very sweet and helpful front desk, lady Henny, but she was unable to provide the requested amenity. She said next time we needed to contact the hotel directly and make this request. ( Did she really think there was going to be a next time? ). As my mother and I are both elderly and somewhat disabled there is no possibility of using a tub which is why I made the request in the first place. If the property had communicated this to us then we’d have booked elsewhere. So we had to leave with no refund and had to book at another hotel for the night that would honor our request. Even though the front desk lady was understanding and very sweet, ultimately it’s very clear this property does not honor special requests nor value customer service. For these reasons I am giving this property 1 star and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone, especially guests with disabilities. "
