"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "We had a fantastic stay. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our month in the Philippines. The hotel has been completely renovated and only opened in November 2025. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly attentive and make sure you have an amazing stay. Since it is new, there are still a few minor points that could be improved, but nothing significant. We will definitely be coming back!"
