立地が良い

ビーチ目の前と言う好立地で選びました。お隣はヘナンです。レストランも海を眺めながらで料金も特別高い訳ではなく味も問題無し。翌日の午前中にシャワーの出が悪くなるハプニングがありましたが島なら仕方ないと言った感じです。ホテル敷地内にプールもありますし坂道で広いです。たまたま空いていたのでビーチに近いレストラン隣の部屋に変更して貰いビーチまで直ぐレストラン隣で良かったですアロナビーチでのマッサージも良かったです

Ostädat, myror, nedgånget. Helt enkelt inre värt pengarna. Frukostbuffén är dyr med litet och dåligt utbud. Deras pool är dock fantastisk och välskött.

Anlegget har god beliggenhet ved stranden og et flott uteområde! Kom bufet frokost..Litt unødvendig høyt priset om du bare skal ha en omelett f.eks. Rommet holdt ikke mål i forhold til pris. Fremstod slitt og helt uten stil.

Alacarte frühstück erst ab 10 Uhr geht gar nicht. Service allgemein hat keinen Philippinen-Standard. Räume sind untere Mittelklasse. Investitionsstau. Strand hat keinen hohen Standard. Angebot an Restaurants und Bars ist gut und größtenteils von guten Standard.

Budget resort right on the beach

It’s a budget resort with a great location right on the beach. Nothing more nothing less. The WiFi didn’t work in my room so I had to get closer to the restaurant to use that one when needed. During my stay I also stayed in two different hotels on the same street, same standard, less then half price. So if it’s important for you to stay at the beach this is for you. If you want to pay less but have to walk some choose another one.

Prachtig resort aan het mooiste stuk witte strand

Prachtig resort aan het mooiste stukje witte strand van Alona beach, een waar paradijsje. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Receptie zou iets attenter mogen zijn. Bij aankomst was de kamer nog niet klaar omdat we wat vroeger waren, maar als er wordt gezegd we sturen je een SMS als de kamer klaar is gebeurd dit niet wel zeggen niet doen. Dat wachten is dan vervelend(4 uur wachten). De jetski verhuurders bij het resort aan het strand erg vieze jongen en erg brutaal. Hele dag spuugen en roggelen op de grond. Als je er iets van zegt trekken ze er niks van aan. Ik weet niet of ze bij het resort horen maar mijn advies vervangen!!! Kamers zouden beter schoongemaakt moeten worden. Vloeren en wand tegels worden volgens mij niet vaak schoongemaakt alleen vegen. Wandtegels in de douche zijn nog nooit met een doek afgenomen de kalk van het voegen zat er nog op. Buiten deze kritische punten uiteraard meer goede punten! Een prachtig resort met mooi en schoon zwembad en mooi gelegen aan een mooi stuk schoon wit strand. Restaurant personeel helemaal top! Kamermeisjes wel heel vriendelijk! Resorttuin prachtig. Locatie top!! Goede Wifi verbinding alleen in het restaurant. Op de kamers geen Wifi. Al met al een aanrader!

We spend 3 weeks at Alona Tropical Beach Resort this past May. Highest marks from us! Our unit was updated, air conditioned, and we had a view of the beach. The place is really special with beautiful gardens, a unique swimming pool, and more. In the true Filipino style. The staff is top notch! They really made our stay extra special. Angel, Jiasia, and Arnel (bar tender) in the restaurant took great care of us! Mario at the beach, kept the beach clean and brought out chairs for us. Christian at the front lobby took great care of us also! Hard workers, friendly and they always made time for us. The manager Deo was so very helpful to us in every way. Also, housekeeping was wonderful! We will be back again next year! We live in Tennessee, USA.

Hôtel avec accès direct à la plage

Chambre confortable, salle de bain spacieuse et bien équipée, personnel très agréable. La chambre donnait directement sur la plage, piscine à proximité ainsi que le bar et le restaurant. Magnifique établissement que je recommande.

Lovely character, right on Alona Beach

The gardens around the hotel buildings are beautifully kept and the pool is great, nestled within these gardens. You can walk from your room to the lovely white beach in less than a minute. Rooms are on the basic side but have everything you need. The restaurant has a good range of options and overlooks the beach so very relaxing. I’d recommend to anyone visiting Bohol.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, aber nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde uns ein Zimmer angeboten, dass entsprach. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und das Personal sehr bemüht. Im Restaurant kann man gut zu den Ortsüblichen Preisen essen. Der Strand ist super und zu Fuß ist man gleich in Alona. Insgesamt waren wir nach anfänglichen Zimmerproblemen sehr zufrieden.

Not going back to this resort due to poor service

Check-in & check-out processes were quick, and staff at the front desk were friendly. After checking-in, I tested the water supply in the bathroom, and found out that sink faucet had no water at all. I then informed the staff about this. He promised that this would be fixed "soon." My friends and I then went out to explore Alona Beach. We went back to the room at around 12:30 AM. To our surprise, the problem was not fixed. Because the front desk was not open 24 hours, I had no choice but to inform the guard on duty about our predicament. To my disappointment, the guard's initial reply was, "Sir, ..." I insisted that this needed to be fixed now; otherwise they should look for another room for us to stay. After 30 minutes of constantly following up with the guard, I finally overheard a rude voice on the other line of the walkie-talkie, "..." I later found out that the rude voice was from the admin manager, leo It took the hotel staff at least one hour to resolve the problem. We moved to another room at around 1:30 AM. Yes, early in the morning. Solutions: 1. Someone needs to be in-charge of addressing issues 24 hours 2. Person in-charge needs to face the guest to assure him/her that appropriate actions are being taken 3. Use constructive words at all times. leo was rude 4. Give "special treatment" to the guest by probably upgrading to a better room, or providing free breakfast, etc

不會再有下次了，這真的是一場鬧劇！

Room type:Pool Side Suite.$2833 房間比較原始，應該已經有30年歷史的感覺，床鋪太短，家具皆為藤製符合當地風情，但稍嫌不舒適，不會想使用，最糟糕的是浴室，透氣窗跟浴缸位置沒有錯開，只要在浴缸淋浴，室外的人就可以從透氣窗看到淋浴者，淋浴的蓮蓬頭只有冷水，熱水器為另一個蓮蓬頭，根本無法正常舒適的洗澡（我還要自己改裝配置才敢使用），洗手槽的排水孔沒有塞子，無法儲水洗滌，畢竟到海岸邊玩回來後需要在房間內做簡單的洗滌，這也無法順利辦到，浴室內只有小條毛進沒有大條浴巾，房間內也沒有吹風機，要到櫃台借，以上是我所住的客房體驗，但餐廳的食物還可以，也營業到晚上24:00，算方便！飯店也還再增設房間，應該會比較新式！這次的房間完全不值得這個價錢！ 服務人員倒是非常親切有禮貌！也會主動協助提行李到房間！

great! my daughter had a great 8th bday..we love the pool area in the garden, the white sand shoreline, good food, feels good to have a massage by the beach.
