「The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change....

「Didn’t get the address for the property till the very last moment. That caused a bit of tension. -Everything felt cheap, the a/c barely worked in a 10x10 room and fell off the wall onto the bed. We were glad we weren’t asleep in it. -The siding door to the outside didn’t work. They fixed it right before we moved out. -The living room ceiling fan had two speeds slow and slower. It was pretty useless. The front desk people seemed friendly and competent. We left after a 1 1/2 days on a 3 day stay....

"We booked a triple room. At first, we were shown a room that seemed smaller than the one shown in the photos when we made our reservation. When we explained our concern, the staff kindly showed us another room, which was more spacious. On our first night, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When we asked if anything could be done, the staff responded immediately. We still noticed a slight smell for the next two days, but when we explained the situation to the staff when they came to clean our room on the third day, everything was completely resolved after the cleaning. Other than that, everything was absolutely five-star for us. We were very satisfied with our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. In fact, we found the pasta even better than the pasta at some of the popular Italian restaurants in the busy Alona Beach area. By the end of our stay, we felt that we could have happily eaten all our meals at the hotel. We were especially grateful to Anette at the reception desk. When the island-hopping tour we had booked through a tour company was cancelled, she kindly helped us negotiate with the company. Thanks to her help, the issue was finally resolved. I don’t think we could have sorted it out without her. All of the staff were always kind, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bohol. We would also be happy to book our tours through the hotel next time."

"ホテルの立地は奥まった道へ入るため悪く、途中水溜りなどがありあまりよくありません。ホテルは無料のウォーターサーバーがあります。部屋は広く、たくさんのコンセントがあります。シャワーの水圧はまずまずでトイレにはウォシュレットがあります。部屋にはドライヤーも完備されてました。利用しませんでしたが、アロナビーチまでの無料のシャトルサービスもあるようです。Wi-Fiは早くサクサク動きます。スタッフも優しく丁寧です。朝食は無料プランにしました。"
